Not what I expected from Naturalizer

Conschafes, uncomfortable, poor quality

For years I have purchased Naturalizer shoes with confidence that they would fit and would be good quality. These shoes were a big disappointment. I ordered the size I always get. The shoes were too long and too narrow (size: wide). The back of the shoe rubbed the back of my heel. The stitching was poor and the strap over the toes was cut too long so a piece was sticking out.
