Consuncomfortable, stras too flimsy

My foot slipped from side to side. Could not keep ankle strap tight enough. This was simply the wrong size and a bit more flimsy than expected. Then to return it via post office and pay for shipping costs ...forget about it.. will never buy anything from your line unless I can try it on in the store. I will use a liner and hope I don't fall. So disappointed!
