comfortable, good heel height. velcro placement on strap does not allow much adjustment. I had to have shoe repair shop change placement so that I could snug the strap enough.

I have wide feet and ordered the wide width but found that the straps closer to the ankle were way too lose and stood up away from the foot and therefore had to return them. I am not overweight and have normal size ankles and feet so maybe with the wide width they assume you are heavy all over? It was too bad because they were Very comfortable and well made. For someone with the average width the fit may be better.

I usually wear a 7.5 N, but these shoes are too long. I had to reorder in a 7 N and am hoping they fit. The sole has plenty of cushion, and because the weight of the shoe is distributed over the whole foot due to the many straps, it doesn't feel heavy and flexes with movement.
