I ordered 6 1/2 which is my size. The left shoe fit comfortably but the right was far more tight than the left (and my feet are the same size). It seems that the sizing on the right shoe was not a true 6 1/2 - It was so tight it caused discomfort - I think the sole insert was too big for the shoe - returning without replacement as I don't trust that the next pair would be better.
