Cute shoe with a few issues

I bought these to wear on a trip to Italy, hoping they would be comfy and stylish. They are cute, but the buckle rubs on the left foot and the toe box on the right pushes against my toe so I couldn't give them five stars. It was nice that they came in a five and that it actually fit. I did have to add arch supports because they were not as supportive as I had hoped.
