this is my very first experience ordering on-line. I ordered a 7W because of my bunion, however the sides were too wide. Luckily for me I was able to go to a local naturalizer store and found the same shoe, so I was able to try on the 7M and was able to exchange without any problems.

the sales clerks were very helpful

Proscomfortable, versatile, stylish, cushioning

My feet are generally unhappy--plantar fascitis, etc. I wanted a nice looking, comfortable shoe that I could travel in and walk a fair distance. This fit the bill perfectly. I wore them to work only once before leaving on my trip. They took me through a few good miles with no complaint from my toes! The only reason they didn't get 5 stars across the board is because there is a center seam in the front of the toe that scuffed easily. But, that's small when compared to the comfort.
