Proscomfortable
Bought this shoe for my mother. First order came with incorrect size (9M instead of 9N). However, when we received correct size 9N, it fit much better. Customer service was great when I called to exchange for their error. It was even cheaper when I reordered. They sent me a prepayed return label via email. Very pleased with Naturalizer. Just wish they would carry AAA instead of AA for us folks with skinny feet. Thanks!

Proseasy to clean, comfortable
Shoes are pretty decent for working on your feet 6-8 hours a day. I did have to buy a 7 1/2 wide the mediums have rubbed my pinky wrong so I would recommend getting a size or width bigger.
