I usually wear a 9N and this is what I originally ordered, but the shoes were way too tight. Some reviews say to order a half size down, but the 9M worked for me. My only complaint is the scoop of the shoe is cut so low that you can see some "toe cleavage." However, the shoes are comfortable and I like the overall look of the shoe.

Naturalizer recommended ordering a half-size smaller than normal, so I ordered two pairs, one in my regular size (8N) and one half-size smaller (7 1/2 N). I couldn't get my foot in either one. I then saw the shoe at the local Naturalizer outlet and was able to try a variety of sizes and widths, none of which fit right. This product is sized very oddly, not typical of Naturalizer. Instead, because I wanted a high heeled black patent pump, I ordered the Clava style instead - much better fitting and true to normal size. Too bad, the Lennox is an attractive shoe.
