These are the type of shoes that everyone should have one pair of because they will go with everything. I ordered the Shiny Taupe and they are not too shiny

Normally I wear a 9.5 W but these seem to run about a half-size long. The color is lovely - very Kate Middleton! They are so pretty that I am willing to try again and order them a 1/2 size smaller to see if they will bit. Digits crossed that the 2nd pair will be taking up residence.

Consunstable/hard to walk in, requires a break-in period, uncomfortable, squashed my feet

Purchased Lenox in my regular size 7 M in the shiny taupe. Shoe is very tight and narrow. It looks great, but is uncomfortable. It feels more like a 7N.

Reviews of runs small for size didn't work for me.

I followed the reviews before I purchased two pairs of these; a pair of black leather and taupe color., both in size 5 rather than 4.5 that I would normally purchase. While both pairs are very attractive, I must return them. They are too large. I even tried inserts and/or heel grips. Also, I'm out the postage to return them which is an expensive shoe shopping trip for no shoes.
