Very cute shoe, but so uncomfortable. Also, the Velcro-back on the heel doesn't give at all which also contributed to the lack of comfort. Some of the threads were coming undone on one of the shoes when I received it as well. Very disappointed, and will be returning

These shoes are just plain great! Sexy, classy, and oh so comfortable. I always get lots of compliments on them and can wear them long into the night! Already have two other pairs and will probably get another pair of black! Luv these shoes!

I bought this shoe for a formal black tie event and it went a long way in dressing up my otherwise semi-formal dress. They were comfortable for the height but not the MOST comfortable heels I've had. My toes also tended to fall out of the side cut-outs, which was annoying, but I think a liner will help with that.
