Needed 1/2 size bigger, had to return in the store

Prosstylish, cushioning
Consa little narrow
When I saw these finally go on sale, I immediately ordered them. I ordered them in the size that I wear in Naturalizer flats (9 wide) and I think I needed a 9 1/2 wide - my toes were very scrunched at the front. They were also a little snug in the width compared to the Naturalizer flats that I have. Unfortunately when I returned them to the store they didn't have a 9 1/2 wide for me to try on and I had to return the shoes. I didn't want to keep paying for shipping on shoes that I needed to keep returning.
I loved the style of the shoes, I just wish I the store would've had a different size for me to try. I frequent several Naturalizer stores in the NYC area and unfortunately find that they don't carry wides in the more stylish styles (that are available online). It's a little frustrating because Naturalizer does make the wides, the stores just don't have them.
The only other downside in terms of quality - they are synthetic (as many Naturalizer are now).

The Hidi is a fabulous shoe that fit perfectly out of the box. No heel inserts! No ball of foot pads! for me, this is unheard of! i ordered a 1/2 size down as i always do with flats, in part because one foot is about a 1/4 size smaller than the other.
it is super comfortable, no squeezing or pinching in the toe box for my standard B width, w/ narrow heel feet. great heel height for when you need to be on your feet but want them to look feminine and classy.
It is super PRETTY.
I got patent black first. I'm going back for the cream color!

Great shoes

Proseasy care, comfortable, stable, stylish, cushioning
Shoes are great, but they do get a little tight on the top when feet swell throughout the day. Overall, great shoes, would buy them again.

Very comfortable shoe. As I have difficulty wearing heels, this is an excellent dress shoe for a wedge shoe.
