I bought this shoe looking for something comfortable to wear as an all day career shoe! It totally fits the bill! Wedges provide extra support and this shoe is very comfortable and stylish. I have had several compliments when wearing these from other "stylish" women!

Consunstable/hard to walk in, uncomfortable
I have worn Naturalizer shoes for over 50 years - I have a narrow foot and always found Naturalizer to fit perfectly and be very comfortable. However, in later years every pair I have bought I have returned -- they no longer fit "good" - especially around my heel area. Seems like the design of Naturalizer has changed. I am not sure if I will be ordering from Naturalizer in the future (unfortunately I live in an area where the stores carry very few narrow sizes), and I find that postage rates to return the shoes have become out of sight.
