Fit is hard to judge with on-line orders

I ordered these shoes in my normal size. It was my first pair of Naturalizer shoes. A friend had them and raved about their comfort. When received and I tried them on, they were slightly too wide. I was very disappointed but that is the problem with ordering on-line. I will return them to a store location and try on other styles and find the appropriate fit for me. I appreciate that these shoes were leather uppers.

Proscomfortable
This shoe is comfortable but my heel is narrow and the shoe slips up and down. I have several pairs of Naturalizers and they all are very comfortable and wear well.
