Lovely shoe, faulty construction

I was so pleased to see how nice these shoes appeared when I opened the box! Within the first hour of my very first day of wearing them to work the brad (metal pin) that secures the decorative button and cross strap snapped VERY easily when I brushed against the strap. Most disappointing! Overall, a lovely shoe, great with trousers or skirts. Downside and reason I"m rating it lower overall is due to the faulty design on the cross strap/button.

Ladies shoes "Fulton" I love them. Only wish I could get them in navy, and pewter also.

Consmake feet look wider
I purchased these shoes to replace some aging pumps. They are comfortable, even dancing. Wore to a wedding reception that I did not plan on dancing, but was talked into it anyway. They remained comfortable the whole night. My only regret is the way they look on my feet. I have a wide foot and the really make the whole look wider, a longer toe box would be better.
