These shoes are very comfortable and did not need any breaking in. The style is classic and they look good with both dress pants and skirts. I did not rate the quality as excellent because on one shoe a tiny piece of the white lining showed where the side and top of the shoe meet. I decided to snip it off rather than exchange them. Otherwise, these are great shoes that I believe will last a long time.
