I love the shoe, and it is comfortable to wear all day at work. It does run a bit small. I had to go a 1/2 size larger.

Consunstable/hard to walk in, requires a break-in period, uncomfortable
The shoe style is nice with a professional look. However, it is very uncomfortable. There is no flexibility for walking. The shoes were too tight in the width. I had to remove the shoes after 2 hours of standing in them. Hence, not a good fit for a 6 hour shift.
