Consrequires a break-in period

These shoes are my go-to work shoe. I work on a college campus and am walking back and forth all day to meetings and programs. These shoes match any outfit and keep my heel high enough to prevent my Achilles tendonitis from showing itself but flat enough that I feel like I'm wearing flats.
