Very comfortable but leather does not hold up

Consleather doesn't hold up

First, I'd like to say that the show itself is very comfortable which makes me sad to say that the first and only time I wore them the leather on the heel was completely torn up. I didn't walk into a hole or step into a crack that day..it was just usual wear and tear on a regular day but they did not hold up at all!
I'm sending back and I help Naturalizer will do the right thing and refund my money...

I have a narrow foot and have a hard time finding shoes that fit. If I buy a narrow, it's usually still too long or big in the heel. The elastic on the sides of these shoes help to take up that slack and fit my feet beautifully.
