I ordered this shoe to wear on a trip to New York City since I've had very good luck with Naturalizer in the past. HOWEVER, during this trip we left the hotel early and returned late in the evening and when I wore these shoes, my feet were complaining by mid-morning. The inside soles of the shoes were not comfortable after a couple of hours, but I couldn't change them since we didn't return to the hotel until late. I would like to return them but the RETURNS guideline specify return of "unworn" shoes. Will my return be honored? Thank you.

Photographs great but a disappointment when you open box. Craftsmanship is not there and I routinely purchase yr products. It was not true to size. The color was pretty but that is the most I can say.

Prosdurable, comfortable, stylish, cushioning, foot support

I have had trouble finding well-made, sturdy/supportive shoes that have style. The cute ones had zero support and questionable workmanship and the ones with great foot support were not the most stylish.

I ordered these because the color caught my eye - thank goodness it did, because the shoes are fantastic!!! The support is wonderful and they are so comfortable I wore them the entire day right out of the box with no problem. And they look great too! I immediately ordered another pair in black.
