I work for long hours standing up and walking and wanted a pair of boots that were stylish but would fit the bill. These surpassed my expectations in every way. They look great with a love the knees skirt and also leggings or skinny jeans. TIP I would purchase a matching show leather polish at the outset as the leather is quite prone to minor surface scratches and the polish will help keep them looking brand new.

Great fit for wide calves - I didnt like most bots where it gathered at the ankle; this boot did not do that!

Prosstylish
I bought these in black and I have a 18" calf. They fit well and I can even put leggings in them. I wanted a pair in brown but they were sold out as this design is last years style. I tried 6 different styles from this year and none fit as well. There are two panels of elastic that run down the Janelle which gives a bit allowing me comfort and extra room. Disappointed they didn't have a similar style this year. I am 5'1" and the length is good. Hoping this review will bring back Janelle or similar style next year.

Consshaft too small
I really wanted these boots, but the wide shaft was not really a wide shaft in my opinion. I have previously purchased wide shaft boots from Naturalizer with good success, but these didn't make the cut for me. I also hate having to pay return shipping for a product that doesn't work out. It makes me want to go to the mall and save that extra penalty fee.
