Good Quality Boots

I am very pleased with these boots. They have a classic, timeless look and I think they will last a long time. The color is rich and the leather is a good quality. My legs and calves are skinny and these boots fit very well. Ladies with more average to larger size calves and wider width feet will probably want to order up in size. I The boots fit great with my normal socks and skinny jeans on, though I think my thick socks may be too bulky.

Consshaft too small
I loved these boots! They are a nice leather and the color is great, just like the picture! The wide width fit really nice, but the calf was a bit too tight. I don't ever buy wide calf boots. I bought a pair of Naturalizer boots last fall, regular calf and they are perfect. These are made just a bit slim in the calf but overall really nice boots.

I love these boots. The ankle on the right one is just a little bit stiff, but I think this will self-correct after just a few wearings. I love the fit and the color, and the overall comfort!

I had some issues

Proscomfortable, stylish
Normally, I am a huge fan of Naturalizer because they don't forget about the wide feet people (like myself). I ordered the Janelle boots because they looked nice and comfy and also were fashionable. Unfortunately, the shoes that I received were not of Naturalizer's normal quality. I was delivered one severely worn shoe and one seemingly new shoe. The "worn" shoe's heel was pristine though but the actual boot was dirty (visible dark spots on the faux leather) and there was some type of white linty material attached to the lining of the boot. I was done with the boots by this time. The boots were also not a good fit. I ordered wide boots when I needed extra wide and the calf was too small for me. I did learn a lesson though. Try on boots in the store, so that you immediately know what they look and like and what they feel like on your feet. I had to send the boots back (on my own dime). Hopefully, I will get a refund soon. This experience was a no-win for me. I actually loss money in this effort with having to pay to ship the boots back. Again, lesson learned.
