I love that this company makes cute shoes in narrow widths. This particular shoe is a lot like the Naturalizer Uma that I purchased and really like. The only thing about this particular style shoe is that it rubs and irritates the "knuckle" of my big toe. From here on, I might order this style shoe (the kind with the elastic) in a medium width.
