The shoes were just as shown in the picture, very pretty and comfortable with one exception, I ordered narrow and they were too wide for me and I had to send them back. I have noticed that more and more, even though the shoes are stamped as narrow in the shoe itself, some aren't really narrow. The width is not consistent. It's very aggravating as I love Naturalizer shoes and there are no stores in our area anymore.
