i am usually a 9.5 in other brands (but need wide), 10 in some narrow heels, 9.5 M in naturalizer, but the best fit is 9W in naturalizer and that's what fits in this shoe as well. it runs the same as all the other naturalizer shoes i've ordered. i MIGHT have gotten away with a 9M. but didn't want to chance it. usually have a problem with heel slippage, but not in this shoe, because it is cut high up on the foot. also, i have a high instep, not a problem in this shoe at all. talking my mom into a pair as well. good casual slip on.

Proscomfortable, stylish, cushioning
This is the first time I've ordered Naturalizers online. The leather is much more stylish than portrayed. The sizing is perfect. These were a birthday gift to myself. I am so please. The memory foam in the heels makes for a most comfortable shoe. I highly recommend this shoe.
