I usually wear a 6.5 or a 6W if I can get it in the naturalizer brand. I bought these in a 6W and the width was perfect-my feet are just a bit too wide for regular shoes but no too wide, and these were perfect. I wore them to work (walk 10 city blocks, and stand most of the day) and they were comfortable. The suede is not super dark blue and looks a little more casual, but overall I like the shoes for work and casual.
