I particularly like the stylish details, like the side accents. I like the tassel, but it is removable for other tastes. It also has a lot of inside pockets, including a separated middle divider, which is handy.
It is on the larger size, so it might be best for work or traveling. As advertised, it is also man-made materials, not leather, but besides this, I found the quality high. The price is great- I'd recommend this purse.

This is a very large bag - way too large for me. It would be perfect for a carry-on for a flight. Everything you would need would fit into it.
