Consrequires a break-in period, not for people with flat feet

First of all, I love Naturalizer shoes. I can usually find a really good fit, but I ordered these in my regular size and they were way too narrow and short. So I called to exchange them and the customer service agent was wonderful! I ordered the next size up. When they came in, because I am flat-footed, they bulged at the sides. I had to return them as well. This is certainly not the fault of the shoe, but of my feet! I will continue to order from Naturalizer but I will have to be more selective in the style I choose.
