I love the look of this pump but the shoe is not true to size. I am a 9M but because of the design I ordered a 9W. The shoe was too short and too narrow. I was gong to ordered a 91/2W but they are not available. I wonder why? This is a gorgeous style shoe and I hope the manufacturer will look into redesigning this pump. I ordered two pair but I must return them.

Consrequires a break-in period
The very first time I wore the shoes the cap of the heel twisted and is loose. I had to add super glue to keep it in place! Disappointing for brand new shoes!
