Leather is beautiful, soft but seems quite sturdy. Lots of pockets to stow all those things we can't seem to leave home without! Fits nicely under my arm, stays on my shoulder, it's a larger bag than I usually carry, but it doesn't look too bulky (I'm 5' tall!) Nice light cream/tan color, little brass feet will help keep the bottom from getting soiled when I set it down. Overall, I'm very pleased with my new handbag, and on sale..what a great deal!
