This bag has a great look outside and inside....great lining w/ several pockets. But...after using for a few weeks, I too had the same issue w/ the grommets coming loose. I am sending back. :(

This handbag is as handsome as it looked online. The quality is great and I love the fabric in the lining. I am petite and this tote/purse is a great size...large enough for everything but not too large for me.
