I love my new suede boots, they were exactly what I was looking for. I've only used once, but they are very comfy had them on all day and got a few compliments too! I would recommend buying wide width and 1/2 a size larger as they do run a bit small other than that I highly recommend.

I read the other reviews, and ordered a 9W. I could get my feet into the boots, but the fit was so tight! I was tempted to order another one at a 1/2 size up, but my husband thought maybe it was just this pair that I ordered. Before spending a lot of money to ship the boots back, I ordered another pair. The right boot of the new pair was perfect, but the left boot was at least a size or size and a half too small. I think it's ridiculous that Naturalizer doesn't offer free shipping and returns, and for the size of the boxes they use, it is very expensive to ship the shoes back. I will not order from this site again, instead I will order through websites that offer free shipping and returns.

Haven't worn the boots out of the house yet but I am excited about them! they fit well, but I recommend trouser or thin socks with them to aid getting them on and off.
