I love my Jersy style boots, they are comfortable, light weight and look great on! They fit well on my very small size 4 feet!

Proscomfortable
I tried my luck and ordered this item in WW, which was the only width available for my size. Hoping the actual width may be narrower than listed, i made the purchase. However, i received my order only to see that the item was actually sized pretty wide (so matching the product description). Had to return unfortunately.

Proseasy to put on, easy to clean, stylish
Consregular shaft is narrow
I ordered these on Black Friday, got them on Monday. I ordered regular shaft. They were way too narrow and I couldn't zip the zipper.I had to go to a Naturalizer store here where I live to trade them out for a wide shaft. The trade was quick and painless. If you are athletic, you will need wide shaft. They are comfortable to wear for a full day of work, which for me means lots of walking. The look is great and I love them.

Consno arch or heel support
I purchased these boots in both black and brown. They are stylish, have nice hardware, are are a great everyday boot with leggings or cigarette jeans. The leather is pretty, but not as substantial in weight or durable, as boots from previous years. As far as comfort is concerned, I wish that they has more arch and heel support. At the end of the day, I found that my heel was hurting. Not something I had experienced before with other shoes/boots. Hence, I gave this item three stars for comfort.
