Consinner lining at toes comes loose

I bought these shoes in 2 colors, very comfortable. Returned the first pair as defective, inner sole lining came loose in toe area first time I wore. Unfortunately it has happened in the replacement pair and the second color. Still wearing, annoying , but I will put up with it as they are stylish and comfortable. The things we will put up with for a comfortable shoe!
