Stylish but with design flaws

I really like the design of this shoe and am pleased with the look, however I found two challenges with its comfort: 1. The cross band at the toe is narrower and should you have a wider toe base or bunion, I recommend a wider width. 2. The shoe has a suede like padding in the footbed which in itself feels comfortable. Unfortunately, the seams of the stitching to the black leather at the toe base is raised. After wearing the shoe for a while, it causes irritation underneath my feet.
