Fits perfectly, has soft padding inside. Be careful not to chafe the leather--it looks somewhat thin. With good care this shoe should last you a year or two of heavy wear.

You cannot beat the comfort and style of a naturalizer shoe, however, this particular shoe rubs the top of my foot below the strap.
