solid heal. tends to run a bit small because of the stretch on the sides. great style for work. looks a little large on my feet. I typically wear 8.5 but ordered 9. A little big but 8.5 would def have been snug.

Consrequires a break-in period
Great padding for comfort on the insole, non slip bottoms are great as I work in a restaurant. A little narrow, hopefully will stretch out

I did not care for the glittery looking fabric. They were far more glitzy in person than online - no thanks.
