I have been buying Clarissa shoes for a few years now. I love the little zipper that allows me to adjust the tightness and also the fact that they have removable insoles, which I replace with my custom insoles. They start out pretty tight out of the box, but they stretch out and become comfortable with just a few wears. My only complaint is that the heels ware out too fast. I understand that the hollow cells inside the heel make the shoes nice and light, but the thin layer of rubber wears out too fast. Small rocks start getting stuck inside the heel chambers and that is when I have to get a new pair. The upper leather outlasts the heels. That is why I give only 4 stars.
