I have worn size 4.5 in Naturalizer for years, but suddenly they don't seem to fit me anymore. This one was quite a bit too big. So I returned them and tried a 4; but those were way too small. It seems to me that, at least in this style, the 4.5 is bigger than usual.

Proscomfortable, versatile
I purchased these shoes for my mother who suffers from MS and recently had a stroke. They are very easy for her to get on and off with minimal assistance. They are light and comfortable according to her. She has no problems with them and in fact she wants me to order another pair as a back up.
