First pair of Naturalizers that I didn't like. Very poor workmanship in designing the adjustable heel strap. I always wear a size 5, but the shoes were big and the strap would not adjust to the proper fit. Then I had to pay return shipping! Disappointed.

I bought a pair of these in black size 9W. Since the tan were out of stock in my size, I bought them in 9 1/2 M. Both pairs fit great and are extremely comfortable. I can wear them all day and it does not feel like I have shoes on. They are stylish enough to wear with skirts and some casual dresses. I intend to wear these often for work, so I plan to pick up another pair as well. Absolutely love them!

This is one of the few sandals that doesn't have an open toe. They run true to size and are very comfortable. My only criticism would be the area in the back sling with the Velcro. The Velcro part should have been a bit longer. I needed to make the back strap shorter, and now there is not much of an area that is holding the strap secure.

This shoe is just like the advertisement. The online shopping experience was very easy and understandable. The delivery was within the time frame giving with the order.
