Proscomfortable, cushioning
I plan to wear these with slacks and am already encouraged by the comfort level when trying them on in the Summer with swollen feet.

Conselastic pressure
I purchased a half size up based upon reviews. Ended up being too big in length. On my feet 8+ hrs/day. The elastic across the shoe was too much pressure for my comfort, but the width seems to already run a little on the narrow side. I think comfort will depend on your arch height due to the elastic. Overall nice shoe with support.
