"At least now I can saw that I had 2 pair of shoes which fit perfectly. When I ordered the first pair I couldn't believe how comfortable these shoes were. I usually don't buy flats b/c I hadn't found a pair that were comfortable or didn't gap in the arch and just look horrid on. If you do not have a pair of cute, comfortable flats BUY THIS STAT. If every pair of shoes I had were this comfortable I would be the goddess of bliss. I wear a 9.5W or 10M if wide is not available. The 9.5W were perfect."

"I was pretty happy with this casual flat style. I liked the metal bow design on the top of the shoe, but I had to break them in for about a week because the metal piece can tend to be a tad uncomfortable in the beginning. Overall though, these shoes were pretty comfortable after breaking them in."

"I got my shoes in wide, hoping they'd be wide enough. Unfortunately, not wide enough. There was some chafing on my right foot throughout the day & I had to remove the shoe from my foot several times that day. Although these flats are quite stylish to wear with a pencil skirt or worn with jeans, I recommend you NOT wear them if like to stand or need to stand for long periods of time. Since there's a buckle clasped to a band, I think the band might causing the pain on the side of my right foot. I'm using a shoe tree to stretch out the shoe a bit. After only 2 days of wear, the bottom of the sole has already shown signs of wear. Debating whether I should return these or not."

Cons: chafes, requires a break-in period

"The shoes are a great mix between classy and trendy. I already own another pair of Naturalizer flats (that I ended up buying a second pair of because I loved them so much that I ran the original pair into the ground) and absolutely love them - only thing I would say is that I am typically a size 6, and I always wear 5.5 in Naturalizer flats."
