"The difficulty I have buying online is the inconsistency of not only sizes between styles but sizes within the same style and size. I have always been an. 8 narrow. In some styles I float in them and need a 7 1/2. In other styles the same style and shoe size are a very different fit between each pair. I would purchase at your outlets but you don't carry narrows in your stores."

"I am a college professor and dress professionally for work. These pumps are perfect: not your average black pump, definitely comfortable enough to wear all day teaching and running around, stylish and functional. I usually choose a thinner heal, more narrow or pointed, but for work use, a wider heel is better. This shoe has a wider heel without sacrificing a sense of style. Will be a workhorse for me, I am certain!"

"Love the shoe, however I ordered a half size too small. All of my naturalizer shoes are 7.5 and a few are just a little big so thought I'd try a 7 this time. The 7 was much too small, so this shoe was true to size. The dark brown was the same color as displayed in the pictures. I think if I had the correct size, it would have been a very comfortable shoe. I will probably reorder it in the 7.5 as it was very stylish."

"The shoe is beautiful but not without pain. I would recommend at least a 1/2 size larger---my toes are squished! I would like to return the shoes but did not keep the receipt so I am stuck with them. Too bad---beautiful shoe but not comfortable."
