Nice but not true to size

I bought these shoes for work - they are perfect with a suit. I am almost ALWAYS a size 8 - I barely ever try shoes on because normally no matter what brand the shoe is, I am a guaranteed size 8. I have other Naturalizer shoes (one that was also a little off in size, but a pair of boots that are perfect in size). These are about a 1/2 size too big, and even with inserts, they slip off my feet a bit as I walk. It was a bit disappointing, and I ordered them online, so they weren't worth finding a store for me to return them to.
