Fell in love with this shoe, however it is too tight around the ball of my foot. I do not have a wide foot, so I felt this shoe was a bit narrow to be called medium width. I debated whether or not to take it to be stretched but was afraid the bow on top would prevent it from being stretched properly. I am trying a half size up to see if it will work length wise as well as width wise.

This shoe did not fit well, and was cut way to low. My feet flopped out at each step.

Cute shoes. Pewter color is a great neutral. I wear an 11M and the shoe was long enough, wide enough, and soft enough, except across the top of the toe box where there is a seam. It was tight and I could feel the rub. Since I get a blister just by thinking about one, I decided to return the shoe. But it is cute and generally comfortable. Nice casual shoe.

Consthe way the bow is attached
I have no problems with the shoe itself. It has a comfortable foot bed and fits the same as similar styles of both Naturalizer and other brand's shoes.
The problem is the bow: the attachment of the bow to the shoe above the ball of the foot on the inside makes the shoe so stiff in that area that it can't stretch, and it hurts! If the bow was attached differently, this shoe would be exactly what I was looking for in a casual, ballet flat. The shoes are being returned because of the bow attachment and nothing else.
As for the comments about the shoe being too narrow: ballet flats usually run narrow so that as the leather stretches, you can still keep it on your foot.
