I read earlier reviews regarding the way the heel tips backward and thought that would be ok, but the front under the ball of the foot is rounded making these almost tippy. The overall fit was good but I decided these did not offer enough stability to walk comfortably on grass, like at a picnic, a gravel parking lot or any uneven surface.
