The shoes are extremely comfortable. Having a high arch makes for bit of a tight fit. Hopefully the strap across the arch of the foot will loosen up. Otherwise, very comfortable for walking and hiking through the woods. The only other thing I think should change is the showing of the Dr. Scholls gel pad on the heal. If you moisturize your feet, your heel will stick to the plastic showing on the bed of the shoe (just a small annoyance).

I bought this shoe as a walking sandal and walk I did. I wore this sandal on a busy, errand running day to Chicago. By the end of the day, I had blisters and my feet hurt. I still have hope that I will be able to break them in and not have the blister problem any longer. We'll see.

Proscomfortable, cushioning, good arch support
The shoes and my feet feel great even after wearing them all day. They were purchased for extensive walking/sightseeing during summer months in Europe. They have great arch support for my flat feet. My feet don't slide while walking.

Conswears out quickly
I have worn these shoes for too summers now (OH summers aren't that long) and they haven't held up very well. Got them to wear to Disney and it's true they didn't have to be broken in, but they did wear a blister on my big toe. The plastic over the gel padding is wearing out. They buckle to the inside of the foot and when wearing them to walk or ride my bike the strap sometimes hits my leg or bike crank and pulls loose. They are also losing their shape. I just basically wear them now when I am outside doing chores and occasionally to take a walk.
