I bought these sandals for walking/hiking and they are very comfortable for that. My only concern is that the ankle strap is a little bit on the small side, but there is elastic on the back that compensates.

I like these well enough. My left foot fits a little funny in them but they have elastic in the heel strap that allows my foot to move around as necessary. I can't have anything too tight or loose on my ankles but these have a "light" and "flexible" ankle strap. I have a bunion on my left foot that could be the problem. My right foot fits fine in these sandles. I bought a pair for my mother who has had a problem with bone spurs in her foot (severe pain). She thought she couldn't wear them but after the 2nd time with them on she now doesn't want to take them off. The heel cushion is nice.
