Love the shoes, but with the high instep I have I sometimes need to undo the upper strap after wearing awhile. Glad that the straps don't come out the buckle and I'm able to walk around with the straps undone. Overall, the shoes are very comfortable as are all my Nautralizer shoes. I purchase all my shoes from Naturalizer online since so few stores carry my size of 5 1/2.

Consstrap clasp difficult to operate
A frriend wore these shoes on a trip to Israel and came home raving about how comfortable they were. Therefore, I along with several others decided to try them. I have found them to be as comfortable as she described. A couple of drawbacks but not enough to reduce the rating: The velcro on the right top buckle is not holding the flap down. The straps were a little difficult to manipulate but once I got them adjusted, I can just slip them off and then back on.
