At first I was hesitant to order the shoes. The pictures didn't look impressive. After reading reviews, I purchased the brown shoes. They were exceptionally comfortable and supportive from the first wearing, I bought a black pair for work. The shoes look much better "in person" than they do in the photo. The top of the left shoe was just a a little tight but that has more to do with my feet than the shoes. It has stretched to fit.
